NEW YORK — Mere hours after being spotted out to dinner in New York City, Taylor Swift and her family hopped on a plane for Kansas City, where the Chiefs were facing off against the Houston Texans in Saturday’s AFC Divisional Playoff game.

Swift’s family — including mom Andrea, father Scott and younger brother Austin — joined her at the game, where they were seen sporting the Chiefs’ signature red in support of her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

A clip making the rounds on social media shows the family and Kelce zipping through the stadium in a golf cart. Swift was later seen sitting in a suite alongside her parents, Kelce’s dad, Ed, and WNBA star Caitlin Clark.

According to Indy Star sports reporter Chloe Peterson, Swift “extended an invitation to the Chiefs game” when Clark, a point guard for the Indiana Fever, attended the Eras tour in Indianapolis.

Swift’s appearance at the game came the same day the daughter of Chiefs owner Clark Hunt pulled back the curtain on what it’s been like to have the pop star in the stands.

“It’s been such a special time to have her be a part of Chiefs Kingdom,” Gracie Hunt, a former Miss Kansas, shared with People. “She is just as beautiful and wonderful as you’d ever imagine her to be, so smart and intelligent.”

Despite being one of the biggest celebrities in the world, Swift is “down to earth” and “kind to everyone,” Hunt said. “No matter who you are or what circle you fall in… that just is who Taylor is.”

Swift, who has been dating Kelce since the summer of 2023, has become a staple at many of the reigning Super Bowl champ’s home games since that September. And according to Hunt, her attendance has had a positive impact on the team. Hunt credits Swift with growing the Chiefs’ fan base “between 30 and 40 percent.”

It’s been a busy week for the Swift family. On Friday, the pop star and her folks dined out at Nobu in downtown Manhattan, one day after Swift was named in Justin Baldoni’s $400 million lawsuit against her best friends, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

While Swift herself is not being sued, Baldoni implies — among many accusations — that the A-list couple enlisted Swift and her star power to help pressure him into making changes to “It Ends With Us,” a film he directed and starred in with Lively.

Lively, who previously accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and engineering a smear campaign, has denied his allegations.
