Liam Payne's Florida mansion up for rent mere weeks after death

Liam Payne’s Florida mansion is available to rent again, less than a month after the One Direction alum fell to his death in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The 31-year-old pop star’s five-bed, six-bath abode in Wellington, about 16 miles west of West Palm Beach, has been available to rent since the end of October for $9,950 a month, real estate sources told TMZ.
Payne and girlfriend Kate Cassidy had been living at the property since September, after signing a short-term lease late in the summer.
Payne was staying at CasaSur Hotel in Buenos Aires when he fatally fell from his third-story balcony on Oct. 16, suffering multiple traumatic injuries resulting in internal and external bleeding.
Payne had several controlled substances in his system at the time of his death, including cocaine, benzodiazepine, crack and a cocktail of several party drugs known as “pink cocaine”.
Though local officials initially said Payne had jumped from the balcony, investigating prosecutors told TMZ last week that suicide had officially been ruled out and the drugs were to blame from the fall.
Also last week, three people, including a “friend” of Payne’s were charged in connection to his death. The unidentified pal, an Argentine businessman, was said to be in Payne’s room prior to the fall.
The charges followed authorities raiding the businessman’s home as well as those of two CasaSur employees who they believed may have “sourced the drugs for Payne.”
Local law enforcement sources on Monday told TMZ they’re searching for Payne’s Rolex. Payne’s father, Geoff, said the watch was nowhere to be found when he traveled to Argentina last month to collect his son’s possessions.
